Returns

We want you to love your MESO purchase. If for any reason it isn't the right fit, most new, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the product only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us right away. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and will cover the costs associated with receiving, inspecting, and processing the return at our warehouse.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

To begin a return, simply log in to your account, open your order under My Account, and select Return Item(s). We'll keep you updated by email throughout the process and notify you once your refund has been completed.

MESO ships worldwide.

In-stock items are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Athens, Georgia, USA, allowing for faster delivery.

Made-to-order and handcrafted pieces are produced by our artisan partners and ship directly from their country of origin. Production and transit times vary by collection and are indicated on each product page.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on product availability, destination, and the shipping method selected.

Many of our larger furniture pieces are shipped via freight, with rates calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Product weights are listed on each product page, and shipping carriers may round weights to the next full pound when calculating freight charges.
