No. All custom-made and made-to-order products are final sale and non-refundable, as they are crafted specifically to your specifications.
In-stock products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse in Athens, Georgia. MESO can arrange pickup, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Trade accounts are available to interior designers and hospitality professionals. Wholesale accounts are offered to retail stores and exclusive brand partners. Meso Branded products are usually in stock in or in a re-stocking process. You can check with your representative at Meso for detailed inventory. All furniture is partner brands are made to order and have an average production lead time of 8-12 weeks.
MESO accepts all major credit cards, wire transfers, Stripe, Zelle, Square, and PayPal.
Report shipping damages within 5–8 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a claim. Send photos and details to info@mesolifestyle.com. Claims outside this window will not be accepted.
Yes. MESO offers Customer’s Own Material (COM) options for upholstery items. There is a $25 per yard fee, plus applicable shipping and tariffs.

Shipping quotes for international MTO orders are generated by comparing shipping rates. Quotes are typically provided within 1–3 business days of request.
