Meso Casa LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) warrants all Meso Goods purchased directly through our platform to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
The warranty ensures that products meet the quality and performance standards as specified, provided they are used under normal residential conditions and according to intended use.
Note: Not all Meso Goods are designed for high-traffic areas or commercial use. Please review individual product specifications before purchase or installation.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage due to environmental conditions (e.g., humidity, sunlight, moisture)

Once your claim is reviewed and validated, Meso Casa LLC reserves the right to choose the most appropriate resolution, which may include:

Refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping)
All warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of Meso Casa LLC and are considered final.
Products damaged during shipping must be reported within 5 to 8 calendar days from the delivery date to qualify for insurance coverage.
Failure to report damages within this timeframe will result in the customer bearing all associated costs, including replacement, return shipping, and repair expenses.
All Meso Goods must be installed by a qualified individual. Meso Casa LLC is not liable for any damages caused by improper installation. Please ensure all installation guidelines and care instructions are followed to maintain warranty eligibility.
