At MESO, every piece is thoughtfully crafted or carefully curated to celebrate exceptional design and craftsmanship. Because many of our products are made by artisans around the world, our return policy differs depending on whether your item is in stock or made to order.

Please review the following policy before placing your order.


1. Made-to-Order & Custom Products

All made-to-order, custom, and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun.

This includes products customized by dimensions, finishes, fabrics, materials, colors, or any client-requested specifications.

As each piece is created specifically for you, we encourage you to carefully review all selections before confirming your order.


2. In-Stock Products

Eligible in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in new condition.
  • Item is returned in its original packaging with all protective materials.
  • Item shows no signs of installation, damage, wear, or alteration.
  • Return has been approved by MESO prior to shipment.

To initiate a return, please contact info@mesolifestyle.com with your order number and reason for the return.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returned products must be shipped to our warehouse in Athens, Georgia, USA, unless otherwise instructed by MESO.

For your convenience, MESO can arrange pickup through one of our approved logistics partners. If this service is selected, the pickup and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

MESO will cover the costs associated with receiving, inspecting, warehousing, and processing the returned merchandise once it arrives at our warehouse.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@mesolifestyle.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging, including the shipping label

Once reviewed, MESO will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Please do not dispose of the original packaging until your claim has been resolved.


5. Duties, Taxes & International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

MESO recommends consulting your local customs authority before placing an international order.


6. Packaging Requirements

To ensure your return arrives safely, all items must be repacked using their original packaging and protective materials.

Please ensure that:

  • Original boxes, foam inserts, wrapping, and protective materials are used.
  • Furniture and fragile items are properly secured for transit.
  • All hardware, accessories, manuals, and included components are returned.

Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may be denied or may result in additional repair or repackaging charges.


7. Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and approved at our Athens, Georgia warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds apply to the purchase price of the returned product only.

The following are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Optional pickup service fees

Please allow approximately 10–20 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise for your refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
