At Meso Casa, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we aim to make the return process as clear and straightforward as possible. Please review the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return.

 


 

1. Custom-Made Products - Made to Order Products 

All custom-made and made to order items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are crafted to your specific selections—including dimensions, finishes, fabrics, or materials—and therefore cannot be resold or restocked.

Please confirm all custom details at the time of order, as modifications or cancellations are not possible after production begins.

 


 

2. Stocked Products

We accept returns on stocked (non-custom) products within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Free from damage, wear, or alterations

Return Instructions:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the returned item(s) to our Athens, Georgia warehouse.

  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount once the item has been received and inspected.

  • A restocking fee is applied to your reimbursement. 

Optional Pickup Service:

For added convenience, Meso Casa can arrange pickup via one of our logistics partners. If you choose this option, the pickup and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

 


 

3. Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Meso Casa is not responsible for any local duties, customs charges, VAT, or import taxes incurred at the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend that international customers consult with their local customs office or tax authority to understand potential fees prior to placing an order.

 


 



4. Return Packaging Guidelines

To ensure a successful return and avoid damage in transit, please adhere to the following packaging requirements:

  • All returned items must be securely repacked in their original packaging (including any foam, wrapping, or protective materials).

  • Furniture and fragile items must be properly protected to prevent transit damage.

  • Inadequate or improper packaging may result in a packaging fee or denial of refund if the item arrives damaged.

 


 

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Please allow up to 20-30  business days for the refund to be processed after receipt.

  • You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully processed.
