Where are you shipping from?

We ship through UPS Air directly from Guatemala, and shipping cost will vary for each location and weight. Shipping cost will be displayed in your shopping cart when proceeding to check out.

When will I get my order?

How can I track my order?

When orders are ready to ship, we will provide you with a tracking number. This will be your access to track your goods. If you have any questions regarding shipping please send us an email with detailed information to info@mesolifestyle.com

I received a damaged item! What do I do?

First of all we would like to apologize! Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 10 business days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product. Replacement time for the damaged item will depend on availability of the product.
